It’s Quebec lobster season! Freshly harvested from the cold, nutrient-rich waters of the Gulf of St. Lawrence, the first arrivals mark the official start of the season, which began on April 26. This much-anticipated season will last approximately ten weeks, with increasing volumes as it progresses.

At this time of year, Quebec lobster is at its peak, known for its:

To ensure the meat is clean and free from impurities, every lobster is purged for 48 to 60 hours before shipping, guaranteeing optimal freshness upon arrival.
Available Sizes
Our live lobsters are available in a range of sizes, from 1 lb (454 g) to 4 lb (1.8 kg). Upon request, we can also provide specimens of 6 lb and more, subject to limited availability.
